Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently hit and exceed targets
- Build and refine sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
- Establish clear performance metrics, reporting, and accountability
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Drive new logo acquisition while supporting expansion and retention efforts
- Play an active role in deal strategy, pricing, and negotiations
- Help shape go-to-market strategy as the business scales
- Proven experience leading sales teams in a B2B SaaS or software environment
- Track record of building or scaling sales processes and teams
- Strong people leader with hands-on coaching experience
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or in-office setting
- Detail-oriented, professional, and highly organized
- Confident communicator who can operate at both team and executive levels
