Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record of cultivating high-value client relationships and driving new business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong network and existing book of business, ready to leverage our in-house expertise and full-service capabilities.
This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales leader to earn a higher-than-industry-standard commission on gross revenue—reflecting the value you bring and the partnerships you develop.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across marketing, events, and digital strategy.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, with a consultative approach to understanding needs and goals.
- Leverage your existing book of business to generate new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to scope solutions and deliver compelling proposals.
- Represent our client at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM tools.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client services within the marketing, events, or creative industries.
- Strong portfolio of active client relationships and business contacts.
- Deep understanding of agency services including brand strategy, digital media, experiential events, and content development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
