Funding Coordinator

Vaco is hiring! We are seeking a Funding Coordinator for one of our valued clients in Orlando. This is a permanent placement opportunity and looking to hire immediately.

• Reviews contracts for accuracy, completeness, and funding eligibility
• Verifies financial terms and identifies documentation discrepancies
• Redacts sensitive personal and financial information for audit and compliance purposes
• Documents issue findings and resolves routine contract matters independently
• Prepares and validates title, loan, and ownership-related documents
• Manages collateral movement and tracks eligible and ineligible files
• Generates and distributes reports impacting funding and lender activity
• Processes paid-in-full documentation and ensures timely borrower notifications
• Maintains compliance with company policies, procedures, and required training
• Supports operational needs and completes additional tasks as assigned

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Positive, collaborative team-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and maintaining spreadsheets
