Azuria Water Solutions is looking for a Manager – Corporate Development.

Azuria is a leading worldwide provider of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and other technologies and services for the rehabilitation of pipeline systems. The company provides cost-effective solutions to remediate operational, health, regulatory and environmental problems resulting from aging and defective pipelines. Insituform's technologies allow its customers to avoid the extraordinary expense and extreme disruption that can result from traditional "dig and replace" methods.

For more information, visit .Reporting directly to the SVP, Corporate Development, will work with the regional leadership to execute acquisition growth strategies for Azuria.
** Responsibilities:
*** Support M&A team with due diligence, analysis, valuation, writing the business proposals.
* Coordinate with financial sponsor and external buy-side advisors.
* Manage third-party advisors (legal, accounting, environmental, etc.) in the due diligence process.
* Coordinating post-acquisition integration with Operations, IT, HR, and Finance & Accounting teams.
* Special projects duties as required.

* Qualifications:

*** 3+ years of experience, ideally in a corporate development, consulting, strategic planning, or financial planning role.
* The candidate will have strengths in the areas of finance & accounting concepts, valuation, and financial modeling.
