ARMORVUE Powered by Window Nation is searching for an Ordering Processor to upload, review, and approve the material and labor quotes provided by our vendors. This position works to identify differences between the quote provided and the sales contract, problem‑solve with vendors and salespeople to find solutions that best suit customers’ needs and expectations to meet or exceed designated lead times from sale to order approval.

• Review quotes received from vendors and compare them to the contract and measure specifications.
• Question vendors on quoted labor that is not listed on the contract or part of the set pricing structure.
• Question the sales team on items noted by the measure technician that are quoted but not listed on the contract and work toward a resolution.
• Develop working relationships with salespeople and vendors throughout all markets.
• Maintain gross profit oversight through individual job parameters.
• Clearly convey identified issues to all stakeholders for purposes of resolving open issues.
• Review Open Balance Reports (O ) and tracking tools to monitor and maintain lead times.
• Follow a daily routine for using reports to identify delayed jobs and the issues causing the delay.
• Work closely with administrative staff to ensure all paperwork and payments have been received and processed.
• Confirm daily that all change orders have been processed and all required paperwork, contracts, and documents have been received.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking, project coordination, quoting, and/or procurement.

• Experience with monitoring and tracking the timeliness of project lead times.
• Demonstrated experience with vendor relationship and management, particularly with manufacturing and install programs.
• Experience with sales contracts and ordering.
• Computer skills working with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Dynamics.
