This role will lead the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team as the proposal lead for the Multi-Domain Missile Systems (MDMS) team. MDMS includes HELLFIRE, JAGM, M299 Launcher and Precision Strike Missile. This role will lead all GSC proposal aspects and work closely with program leadership, GSC team and USG customer.
This role will report to the CCS Proposal Manager.
What You Will Be DoingAs the GSC Proposal Subcontract Manager you will be responsible for leading GSC proposal efforts, developing supplier RFP templates, and coordinating cost analysis and negotiation strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and overseeing GSC proposal activities, including timely submissions and compliance with regulations
- Developing supplier RFP templates and leading central procurement proposal kickoff meetings
- Coordinating cost analysis and negotiation strategies, including historical cost data analysis and trend modeling
- Collaborating with internal and external customers, including Sr. Management and customer representatives
- This role requires at least 2 days per week onsite in the Orlando, FL office

Benefits and CompensationPay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Lockheed Martin considers factors including scope and responsibilities, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills and market considerations.
