We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Agribusiness Risk Control Consultant to join our team. The consultant will engage with policyholder customers and agent partners, conduct workplace risk assessments, and assist customers in establishing and maintaining effective safety and risk control programs.
Additional responsibilities include:
coordinating and conducting training programs that will increase proficiency in safe practices and promote safety consciousness. This position will service accounts in Florida and as such, the ideal candidate will reside in Florida. Regular travel will be required.

The salary range for this position is $75,528-$116,313 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Risk Management, Agriculture or related field;
NOTE:
Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education - Two years of multi-line, hands-on loss control experience of farm owners or commercial Agribusiness exposures
- Solid working knowledge of insurance and risk control principles and concepts.
- Solid working knowledge of industry-wide safety principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, consulting, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Solid working knowledge of relevant State and Federal laws and regulations.
- Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
- Regular travel required to service the business needs
- Exposure to, or experience working in Agribusiness.
- Industry designations such as ARM, ALCM, AFIS, or CSP are desired
