This role is responsible for providing expert knowledge and guidance on retail operations, processes, and best practices on PTC’s FlexPLM platform to ensure efficient and effective performance.

  Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless store operations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting:
  Prepare and present reports on FlexPLM platform.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., NPD team, supply chain) to achieve business objectives.
• Knowledge Sharing:
