DescriptionGreenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for automotive sales associates! Our dealership is part of a Nationwide Automotive Group offering multiple opportunities with paid training and huge advancement potential with 46 locations across 8 states.
We’re looking for a go-getter. Successful Sales Consultants must have strong communication skills and the drive to exceed sales goals. You’ll need to be self-motivated, organized, and resourceful. Sales Consultants help potential customers see the value in company services and maintain strong relationships in order to generate sales leads. - Greet customers and assess their needs to provide assistance through the selection and buying process
- Test drive vehicles with customers to demonstrate industry leading features
- Build productive trust relationships and help customers complete the sales process
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- No sales experience required!
- A friendly and energetic attitude with a focus on customer service
- Steady work history and is committed to starting a new career
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- A positive and outgoing personality with an expertise in developing relationships
- Possess a valid driver's license and be in good standing
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Good sales and/or customer service track record
- Computer literate and have basic math skills
- Focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
