Greenway's busy East Orlando Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat and Alfa Romeo Dealership has immediate openings light line technicians.

The ideal candidate has some experience and/or a desire to learn the processes involved with visual vehicle inspections, maintenance procedures, light line repairs, accessory installation and recalls. This is a great start to a career in the field of automotive service!

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner and helps identify, confirm, and resolve customer concerns
• Execute thorough and accurate inspections to advise on recommended maintenance or needed repair
• Runs tests to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly
• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Drives vehicles for testing purposes
• Maintains efficiency and accuracy in servicing customer and dealer-owned vehicles
• Uses power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Quick Lube service experience required
• Must have a positive, friendly attitude with a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• Ability to learn new technology and all repair and service procedures and specifications
• Strong knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance
• Effective analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Must exhibit personal and professional integrity
• Must have a valid driver’s license
