* Faithfully and regularly pray for the ongoing work of Bible translation and for people from around the world to experience transformation.
* Act as an organizational representative presenting the global ministry of Wycliffe and encouraging interested individuals, organizations and churches to participate in the work of Bible translation.
* Complete routine administrative operations.  + Process expense reports, invoices and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.  + Manage internal and external meeting logistics, including hospitality, travel, and virtual setup.  + Coordinate across departments (Finance, Facilities, Housing, HR, etc.) to fulfill executive needs.  + Maintain awareness of the Office of the President’s workflow and cross-train with other administrative staff.  + Assist with overall Office of the President (OOTP) administration, including support for ELT, OLT and Board-related meetings as requested.  

+ Ensure the Offices of the President remain well-stocked with hospitality supplies, beverages and snacks to support meetings and visiting guests.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Office Manager, Chief of Staff and Strategy and/or designated chief executive leaders.

- ** Other Requirements:*
* * Travel domestically occasionally.  
* Occasionally, be on call after hours for urgent matters.
