Job Description
My client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team in the Orlando, FL area. This individual will support daily office operations and ensure the team runs efficiently. This role will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft word
- Experience managing calendars for high level executives
- Bachelors Degree - Experience supporting multiple executives or teams
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, expense systems, or CRM platforms
