Voter Services Clerk

Kelly Services is seeking temporary Voter Services Clerks for a busy office located in Orlando, FL 32806
. This position is onsite.

Pay rate – $15 per hour

Schedule – Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm plus mandatory OT when needed

Temporary short‑term assignment. Start date – ASAP. End date – April 3rd, 2026.

• Assist voters with voter registration, updates, cancellations, and replacement of voter registration cards
• Process early voting and vote‑by‑mail requests
• Date and time‑stamp voter registration applications
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry
• File mandated site forms and maintain organized records
• Conduct queries and update voter registrations
• Assist with imaging and basic petition processing
• Record provisional ballot envelopes

• Have intermediate/advanced typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Have experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Are detail‑oriented and can work efficiently with SOE quality standards
• Can effectively communicate with voters and provide excellent customer service
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no notice
