The ideal candidate is friendly, adaptable, and able to learn new computer programs quickly. They should be capable of multitasking and completing assignments in a timely and accurate manner. Key responsibilities include answering, qualifying, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate Sales Manager.
This individual should consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service, maintain a positive and professional demeanor, and foster a collaborative and supportive working relationship with their team and all hotel colleagues. They must also exhibit strong problem‑solving skills and demonstrate the ability to take direction from multiple leaders while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
