Administrative Assistant

Location: Downtown Orlando, FL (Onsite)

Pay range: $21-23 hrly

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership and the IT Administration team in our Orlando office. This role performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties and requires broad experience, strong organizational skills, and a working knowledge of company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives and the IT Administration team
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
  • Assist with employee onboarding activities, including documentation and coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Copilot
  • Support training coordination and scheduling
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with facility management tasks, including vendor coordination and workspace organization
  • Support housekeeping and general office upkeep
  • Maintain organized administrative records and documentation
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience using or exposure to Microsoft Copilot preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting executives or technical teams is a plus

Work Environment

  • Onsite role located in Orlando, Florida
  • Collaborative office environment supporting executive leadership and IT operations
