This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role located in Orlando, FL. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, handling correspondence, processing expense reports, and maintaining organized records. The role also involves effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, offering executive-level support to ensure seamless workflows.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance preferably in a law firm, including calendar management and supporting senior leadership.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing a trust account and other organizational tasks.
- Ability to provide high-quality Executive Support and administrative assistance with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Additional qualifications:
proficiency in office software tools, time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a professional demeanor. - Ability to take initial calls for new clients with sympathy and empathy.
