Kelly Services is seeking temporary Voter Services Clerks for a busy office located in Orlando, FL 32806
. This position is onsite.
Pay rate – $15 per hour
Schedule – Mon–Fri 8am–5pm plus mandatory OT when needed
Temporary assignment
Start date – Wed March 4th
End date – April 3rd 2026
Job DutiesThese individuals will be assisting with a petition boxing project and then processing correspondence from the voter.
- Assist voters with voter registration, updates, cancellations, and replacement of voter registration cards
- Processing early voting and vote‑by‑mail requests
- Date and time stamping voter registration applications
- Performing accurate and efficient data entry
- Filing mandated site forms and maintaining organized records
- Conducting queries and updating voter registrations
- Assisting with imaging and basic petition processing
- Recording provisional ballot envelopes
- Have intermediate/advanced typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Have experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Are detail‑oriented and can work efficiently with SOE quality standards
- Can effectively communicate with voters and provide excellent customer service
- Must be able to work overtime with little to no notice
