Adecco is currently hiring for a Receptionist position located on Vineland Road in Orlando, FL
.

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of an office, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a polished, professional first impression.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Hospitality
  • Welcome guests, vendors, and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Offer refreshments (coffee, tea, etc.) and maintain a clean reception area
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
Office Operations & Events
  • Order supplies, coordinate repairs, and manage office equipment
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms
  • Assist with planning office events and catering logistics
  • Support new hire onboarding by preparing work spaces and access
Administrative Support
  • Filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist leadership with special projects
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

Pay Details

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
