Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Admin Assistant, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Adecco is currently hiring for a Receptionist position located on Vineland Road in Orlando, FL
.
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of an office, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a polished, professional first impression.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Hospitality- Welcome guests, vendors, and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Offer refreshments (coffee, tea, etc.) and maintain a clean reception area
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
- Order supplies, coordinate repairs, and manage office equipment
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms
- Assist with planning office events and catering logistics
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing work spaces and access
- Filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Assist leadership with special projects
- Experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

Pay Details$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
