Pay: $22/hr, Paid Weekly

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

Qualifications: H.S. Diploma or GED required. Experience with auto/diesel parts preferred.

Summary

The Parts Coordinator I is responsible for overseeing parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, inventory and reconciliation of all parts at a single location. The role also processes purchase orders, vendor payment requests, and ensures proper purchasing from the right vendor while maintaining inventory levels to maximize customer uptime.

Essential Functions
  • Primary designee for conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving
  • Processing of purchase orders and supplier invoices
  • Ensure parts received are properly recorded into inventory
  • Oversee parts obsolescence
  • Handle warranty and parts returns to vendors
  • Maintain parts room organization and cleanliness
Additional Responsibilities
  • Contribute to cost containment through effective parts processes and policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up; acute attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year or more in inventory and parts administration/clerical functions (preferred)
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred)
Travel
  • No travel required
