Overview
Destination MCO Transportation is seeking a detail-driven Groups & Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of group, meeting, and event transportation programs across Central Florida and beyond.
For over 25 years, Destination MCO has delivered more than transportation—we create seamless, professional experiences for corporate, group, and event clients. This role supports our Groups & Events Manager through strong administrative execution, logistics coordination, and client communication.
What You’ll Do- Assist with proposals, rate summaries, and draft RFP responses
- Prepare and maintain event documentation, contracts, confirmations, and files
- Draft transportation manifests, alerts, and group resumes for review
- Coordinate internally with Operations, Accounting, and onsite teams
- Support onsite group and event transportation as needed
- Maintain trackers, rate sheets, and post-event documentation
- Assist with affiliate outreach and basic client follow-ups
- 1–2 years of administrative experience in events, transportation, hospitality, or logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Willingness and ability to learn transportation and logistics systems
- Professional demeanor with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience, position starts at $18/hr

This is an in-person, on-site role with limited local travel as needed for events.
