Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Job Summary
AVTSimulation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team full-time at our Oviedo office. This in-person role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting a productive work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Oviedo, FL.
Responsibilities- Receive, log, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries
- Organize and stock office supplies to ensure all departments are adequately equipped
- Scan, file, and maintain digital and physical documents accurately and efficiently
- Perform light data entry and administrative tasks as needed
- Support general office operations and assist team members with administrative needs

Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office environment
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Share Point
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a manufacturing facility
- Experience in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Deltek CostPoint)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills for documentation, intra‑team, and interdisciplinary communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Capability to interpret data
Physical Requirements
- The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform essential functions.
- Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently to stand, sit, walk, use hands, reach; occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Primarily sedentary role; some filing experience required, ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
