The Operations Support Specialist provides essential administrative and operational support to the MDE / Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) Operations, ensuring accurate data read for MMU stops, facilitating communication, and supporting MMU Operations from data analysis and coordination to inventory management. The specialist will work closely with scheduling teams, drivers, warehouse staff, and MMU parking licensors.
EssentialFunctions
- Assist with route identification in a specific region, consistent communications, and data updates for MMU operations.
- Call, text, email potential licensors to secure MMU parking space, ensure completion and proper filing of all required documentation.
- Request signature for drafted lease agreements from licensors and follow up to complete and finalize the process.
- Update the MMU schedule with name of providers, medical assistants, open provider schedule and availability in the system and communicate when needed.
- Provide information to drivers about current schedule or any changes to the schedule; keep records of maintenance and follow up MMU maintenance with drivers.
- Keep MMU office and medical supply updated and request re-supply when needed.
- Send personalized professional messages to the licensors to maintain the best working relationship.
- Act as a liaison between drivers, providers, licensors, and internal operations team to ensure alignment and seamless execution of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure consistency across platforms and systems.
- Minimum of one year administrative and/or program support experience in healthcare staffing, office management, fleet management or a similar healthcare environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated propensity for higher learning and analytical thinking.
BA/BS in related field is required.

- Visual acuity for screen‑based work.
