Fleet Coordinator

Overview

Frank Gay Services is hiring for a Fleet Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative, reporting, and fleet clerical tasks. The Fleet Coordinator will provide support to our Office Manager assisting in daily fleet and safety reporting needs and general fleet administrative activities.

• Scheduling and communicating fleet repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with record keeping, reporting, and management of company GPS devices, fuel cards, and tolling transponders.
• Research and respond to fleet or PO related issues, concerns, and questions.
• Reconcile data, enter data system changes, and maintain related files.
• Complete other administrative duties as they occur (copying, faxing, scanning, filing, calling, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2 years experience in fleet coordination
• Must be able to provide premier customer service to internal/external customers including vendors.
• Strong organization and attention to details skills, ability to take initiative and multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products including Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of DMV policy and procedures is a plus
