Role Description

We are seeking a full‑time on‑site Sales Assistant based in Orlando, FL. The Sales Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, assist the sales team with managing client accounts, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, responding to customer inquiries promptly, data entry, and collaborating with the team to support order processes and follow‑through. The role also involves staying informed about our inventory and product offerings to assist with customer and internal needs effectively.

  • Customer service abilities to provide a positive client experience and address inquiries or issues promptly

  • Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or similar role is advantageous
