- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
- Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
- Performs general clerical duties within the department.
- Maintains inventory and orders general office supplies for the department.
- Types routine correspondence for department.
- Accesses, inputs, and retrieves data from a computer and files appropriately.
- Operates standard office equipment as needed to perform tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience using a PC and related word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
Skills and Abilities
- Experience in a clerical/secretarial position.

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to use office machines (i.e. typewriter, facsimile, copier).
- Keyboarding skills.
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. The employee will routinely operate standard office equipment including but not limited to computers किताब keyboards, mouse, phones, photocopiers, printers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is normally quiet to moderate. Typical physical competencies include frequently remaining stationary, moving, 摩向 reaching, positioning self and occasionally ascending/descending, lifting/moving objects weighing between 5-15 pounds.
This job also entails frequent communication, discerning and exchanging information, detecting and perceiving objects up close and at a distance, and the ability to adjust focus.
