Position Overview:

Sunbrite Outdoor Furniture is looking for a driven, highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our winning team. This role is ideal for a go-getter who takes pride in ownership, follows through, and enjoys being a key part of a growing operation. We’re not looking for someone to just “hold down the fort.” We’re looking for someone who wants to own their role, keep things moving, and help the team win every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Responsible for daily administrative operations to keep the office running efficiently
  • Receive incoming client calls, inquiries, and scheduling with professionalism and urgency
  • Place purchase orders the same day invoices are paid to meet shipping deadlines
  • Oversee the receiving of warehouse deliveries and ensure order accuracy
  • Coordinate sling production, including fabric ordering and sample approvals (24-hour turnaround)
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipping and delivery
  • Manage daily delivery operations and coordination of driver schedules
  • Process check payments and maintain accurate financial records
What We’re Looking For
  • A go-getter who takes pride in ownership and execution
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
  • Comfortable using email, Google Sheets, and administrative software
  • Experience using Quick Books Online preferred
  • Experience creating or improving systems for organization and tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through without constant oversight
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
