Are you organized, friendly, and ready to be the welcoming face of a busy healthcare office? We're looking for a dependable and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Administrative Support.

Location: Downtown Orlando

Schedule: Full‑time/Part‑time

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and manage incoming patient calls
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Collect and process patient payments
• Keep the front office clean, tidy, and organized
• Support daily administrative operations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Therapy Appointment

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with scheduling systems
• Prior experience in a medical office setting is a plus, but not required
