Hire Professionals is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join a well-established Healthcare practice with offices in Orlando and Ocoee
.

This role is perfect for a warm, friendly, and highly organized individual who thrives in a patient-centered environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming experience, managing appointment scheduling, and supporting the daily operations of a busy medical office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and assistance in English and Spanish
    .
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify patient insurance information and process co-pays and payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front office and reception area.
  • Assist patients with completing intake forms and provide information about services and procedures.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient patient flow.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record management.
Summary of Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in healthcare or administration preferred).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish — required.
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist, scheduler, or administrative assistant
    , ideally in a healthcare or OB/GYN setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
