Salary Range: $72,900 - $89,100
Actual base pay will be determined based on a successful candidate's work location, skills/abilities, experience, and education. The role includes an annual bonus target of 5% of eligible earnings, determined by length of time in role, individual performance, and organizational performance.
Hybrid schedule required: 2-3 days per week in the Lake Nona, FL office.

The JobThe Senior Executive Assistant supports the strategic, administrative, organizational, and logistics functions of the Executive office. The position primarily supports the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Information Officer, assisting with special projects, ad‑hoc research, and analysis. The assistant may lead and direct schedules and coordinate executive duties, travel, meetings, and events. The role requires high attention to detail, a forward‑thinking mindset, and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
The position is based in the new Lake Nona office, where the assistant will also act in an office‑manager capacity.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans and action items to drive progress.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written forms to stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct ad‑hoc research and produce strategic white papers with input from senior leaders.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate delivery of special projects.
- Manage and maintain a complex calendar for multiple executive leaders and guests.
- Coordinate executive travel: pre‑trip planning, agenda organization, and logistics.
- Act as a company culture ambassador in the new office and serve as the “face” of the Lake Nona location.
- Anticipate and build contingency plans for efficient scheduling aligned with strategic priorities.
- Process and maintain expenses and purchase requests for the executive office.
- Organize and facilitate coordination of contracts and agreements for the organization.
- Prepare professional correspondence, communications, and presentations supporting the executive functions.
- Attend required executive and board level meetings and participate in administrative functions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain a proactive priorities list to support the executive office with upcoming deadlines and incoming requests.
- Contribute to the exercise and expression of Christian Care Ministry’s Christian beliefs.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Tech savvy: navigate and manage changes in MS Suite, logistics and contract systems, and meeting technology platforms.
