Administrative Assistant

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a dynamic team in the high-end home automation industry? Pure Audio Video is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role offers the flexibility of flextime and requires in-office presence only 2-3 times a week.

Scheduling & Coordination:
Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and project timelines to ensure smooth operations.

Billing & Invoicing:
Assist with client billing, invoicing, and follow-ups to ensure timely payments and accurate records.

Project Follow-Ups:
Communicate with project contacts to gather updates, confirm details, and ensure project milestones are met.

Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.

Client Interaction:
Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships.

Organizational Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with billing software.
