We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper/administrative support professional to join our team. In this role, you will assist with payroll, invoicing, financial statements, banking, HR duties, and provide clerical support to both management and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, possesses strong analytical and communication skills, and is highly proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software, and performs other duties as assigned.

- Provide clerical support to management and engineering teams.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and accounting software; develop spreadsheets for proposals and invoices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong clerical and administrative support background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe/PDF software
- Experience with accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, etc.) strongly preferred
- High level of skill in developing spreadsheets for proposals and invoices
- Good verbal, written, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and mathematical skills
- Clerical experience in engineering, construction, or professional services environments is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple workloads
- Prior HR support or audit/tax preparation experience is advantageous
