We are seeking an energetic team player committed to executing daily and long-term customer service and business objectives. The Office Manager position encompasses responsibilities across Marketing, Sales, Production, Finance, Administration, and Human Resources, offering a challenging and rewarding experience.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, create website content, manage social media posts, and organize trade shows.
  • Handle sales tasks, including creating sales packages, entering leads, updating customer references, and maintaining sales materials inventory.
  • Assist with production by tracking hours, updating schedules, and preparing job jackets.
  • Manage financials such as job costing, bill payments, invoicing, report preparation, petty cash, and expense reconciliation.
  • Perform administrative duties like maintaining files, processing mail, managing office supplies, overseeing facilities, answering phones, and organizing company events.
  • Support Human Resources by recruiting, maintaining contractor applications, background checks, employee files, and ensuring contractor compliance.
  • Engage in personal development through training, meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications
  • Advanced education, coursework, or tech school is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, proof-reading, and basic math skills.
  • Experience with P&L management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in computer and internet use.
  • Quick Books experience preferred.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, accounting, HR, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Excellent phone skills and attention to detail.
