Data entry, Accounting

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience working in Net Suite or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and validating financial and operational data within the ERP platform while ensuring data integrity and compliance with company procedures.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, understands basic accounting workflows, and is comfortable navigating cloud-based ERP systems.

• Enter and maintain data in Net Suite or similar ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Process accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoices, purchase orders, and journal entries
• Update vendor, customer, and item master records
• Perform data validation and correct discrepancies
• Assist with billing, cash applications, and payment processing
• Support month-end close activities by preparing and entering necessary data
• Generate and export reports from ERP system for accounting and operations teams
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and finance teams

• 2+ years of data entry experience in an accounting, finance, or operations environment
• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite or another ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, debits and credits)
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions efficiently
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment
• Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliations
