Junior Accountant

Compensation: $25.00/hour
Location: Orlando, FL | Fully Onsite

• Communicate professionally with landlords via email and phone regarding lease‑related matters as the Junior Accountant
• Review leases and contracts to track recurring costs, remittances, and property ownership details as the Junior Accountant
• Manage high‑volume account activity across 300–400 locations while maintaining accuracy as the Junior Accountant
• Reconcile payments within the general ledger and support accurate AR and expense postings as the Junior Accountant
• Assist with journal entries, mid‑month comparisons, analysis, and documentation review as the Junior Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting or accounting‑support experience
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
