Key Responsibilities Assist clients throughout the complete project cycle, including project entry, billing, and reporting Reconcile financial discrepancies and provide monthly closing services, including general ledger reconciliations Prepare financial statements and participate in the onboarding process of new clients
Required Qualifications Proficiency in multiple ERPs and billing software, specifically Deltek Ajera 3+ years of accounting experience at or above a staff accountant level Experience in full bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial statement reconciliation A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and work in a fast-paced environment
