The Manager of Technical Accounting plays a critical leadership role within a large, highly respected healthcare organization. The Manager of Technical Accounting will support complex ambulatory operations, joint ventures, and multi-entity reporting while partnering directly with senior leadership to ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting.

• Lead technical accounting research and ensure proper application of GAAP across multiple entities
• Support preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, disclosures, and reporting packages
• Oversee accounting for ambulatory service lines, joint ventures, and complex transactions
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external audits and regulatory reporting matters
• Support integration of newly acquired entities and assist with policy alignment
• Manage and develop accounting staff while reinforcing strong internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including technical accounting exposure
• Experience in complex, multi-entity or regulated environments
• Proven leadership and team development experience
