Staff Accountant

This Staff Accountant opportunity offers hands-on exposure across month-end close, AR, invoicing, and cash flow within a profitable, growing technology services organization.

This is not a siloed role. The Staff Accountant will work directly with the Controller, gain full-cycle accounting experience, and play a visible role in supporting a $15M operating business.

• Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

• Maintain general ledger accuracy, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and support accounts receivable collections

• Monitor AR aging, apply payments, and resolve billing discrepancies

• Assist with sales tax filings, audit support, and ad hoc accounting projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Approximately 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience including month-end close and AR

• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and Excel (pivot tables, lookups); ERP experience required
