• Prepare monthly reconciliations of assigned balance‑sheet accounts and ensure all balances tie to the trial balance as the Staff Accountant
• Prepare and post journal entries, research variances, and provide account analysis to leadership as the Staff Accountant
• Review weekly expense reports, verify accuracy, and maintain organized and compliant financial documentation as the Staff Accountant
• Support inter‑company transactions, cost allocations, direct and indirect coding accuracy, and related accounting processes as the Staff Accountant
• Process weekly payroll uploads, enter payroll accruals, prepare month‑end entries, and track prepaid expenses and monthly venue commissions as the Staff Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and familiarity with accounting software
