• Support the month‑end and year‑end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations as the Staff Accountant
• Maintain general ledger accuracy, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations as the Staff Accountant
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, monitor AR aging, apply payments, and assist with collections as the Staff Accountant
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support sales tax filings, audit requests, and related accounting items as the Staff Accountant
• Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and process improvements as the Staff Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Approximately 2+ years of hands‑on accounting experience, including month‑end close and AR
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP, Excel (pivot tables, lookups), and ERP systems
