Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000 (commensurate with experience, client base, and leadership scope) Unlimited Upside.

Our Tax Services team partners with privately owned middle-market companies, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts & estates

• Manage a portfolio of clients, including billing, workflow, and deliverables.
• Review and sign tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and non-profits.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff.
• Conduct tax research and consult on complex projects.
• Respond to IRS and state tax authority inquiries.
• Review extensions and quarterly estimates.
• Participate in and lead special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master of Tax or JD/LLM preferred).
• CPA license (active in state of employment or reciprocity in progress).
• 10+ years of public accounting experience, including tax review and client management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated, proactive, and committed to professional growth.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $300,000

Some travel required (U.S and Reno)
