Salary: $50,000–$55,000
Location: Fully Onsite in Downtown Orlando, FL

• Process ACH, wires, and check runs, including posting payments as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
• Handle approximately 20 invoices per week and manage expense reports/reimbursements.
• Set up vendors and maintain compliance (W-9).
• Organize filing and SharePoint documentation.
• Support a multi-project environment; invoices are pre-coded for efficiency.

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Familiarity with Yardi, Workflows, or SOHO is a plus.
