Entry Accountant

Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid After Training)

A well‑established real estate investment and management company is hiring an Entry Accountant to support its expanding accounting function. As an Entry Accountant, you will receive structured training, exposure to both AP and general accounting, and regular interaction with senior leadership. Additional highlights include:

• Experience in real estate accounting, multi‑entity work, and financial reporting

• Handle accounts payable (approximately 60%), including invoice entry, vendor communication, and payment processing
• Assist with general ledger work, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities
• Help prepare financial reports, schedules, and documentation
• Work with the accounting team to maintain accurate records and improve workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational abilities and basic understanding of accounting concepts
