Base Pay: $90,000 – $120,000 + Bonus

This is an opportunity to step into a Property Controller role with a well‑established and growing real estate organization headquartered in Orlando. The company is known for long‑term ownership, disciplined operations, and investing in its accounting team.

This is a hands‑on Controller position ideal for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and the ability to influence processes and reporting.

• Oversee property‑level accounting, including month‑end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Review and approve reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned properties
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff while improving workflows and reporting consistency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of property or real‑estate accounting experience
• Hands‑on experience with Yardi or similar ERP system
