Accounting Clerk – The Memoir Agency

Memoir Agency is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record keeping. The position works closely with the Controller and/or Accounting Manager as well as the General Manager to process transactions, maintain organized records, and assist with reporting. The employee will mainly work remotely with some onsite time required (once or twice per week).

• Enter and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Track fixed/capital assets and maintain depreciation schedules.
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
• Maintain accurate records in Quick Books Online and shared files.
• Assist with reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
• Support the accounting and finance teams with other administrative and ad‑hoc tasks.

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Quick Books Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
