Responsibilities- Receive, verify, and code invoices and requisitions for goods and services
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and enter batches of invoices for payment
- Manage the weekly, semi-monthly, and emergency check runs
- Prepare manual checks as required
- Maintain organized accounts payable files
- Process and distribute monthly financial reports
- Research and respond to AP inquiries
- Concur experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience
Microsoft Office;
Strong Excel Skills
$21/hr
