Location: Orland School District 135 - District Office
Reports To: Assistant Director of Curriculum
Rate of Pay: $38.86/hour
- All staff will assess incoming kindergarten students using the provided early literacy, early math, and developmental assessments
- WIDA-certified staff will also assess students using the WIDA K Screener, if appropriate
- Current ISBE PEL
- Familiarity with kindergarten screening materials (ESGI), required
- Illinois Teaching License
Screenings for all schools will take place at the District Office
WORK SCHEDULE (dates/times)Teachers can select any or all dates they would like to apply for. Screenings are tentatively set for 8:30 AM-3:00 PM. Notification for exact work schedules will be sent via email before the screening day.
- June 15 - Prairie students
- June 16 - Center students
- June 17 - Centennial students
- June 18 - Park students
- July 22 - Late registrations for any building
- Staff with recent Kindergarten Screening experience
- Kindergarten teachers
- Intervention teachers
- EL teachers
- Teachers working in EC-2 positions
- Teachers familiar with ESGI
- Teachers familiar with the WIDA K Screener
