Driver- Part Time Split Shift

Do you enjoy driving and want a job where you can truly make an impact? CTF Illinois is seeking a Part-Time Driver to safely transport individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the South Suburbs of Chicago. This role offers meaningful work, a supportive environment, and a reliable split-shift schedule. The split shift would include 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon.

• Safely transport individuals to and from their day program, ensuring on-time arrival.
• Operate a variety of vehicles, including shuttle buses, passenger vans, minivans, and cars.
• Accurately complete attendance sheets for morning and afternoon routes.
• Report any accidents and follow proper procedures when needed.
• Notify the appropriate staff about vehicle needs, such as maintenance or oil changes.
• Complete DSP training within 120 days of hire.

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the past two years.
• Ability to pass a PACE physical, including a drug test.
• Willingness to attend a paid Saturday PACE certification class in Plainfield.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
