Job Summary

Product Support Sales Representative – Orland Park, IL (Full-time)

Our Construction Equipment Group is looking for a driven Sales Representative to sell OEM and aftermarket parts and services throughout the assigned territory. Expected compensation ranges between $60,000–$100,000 per year.

• Generate OEM and aftermarket parts sales in the assigned territory.
• Make cold calls to equipment owners and build relationships.
• Drive growth and expand sales in assigned areas.
• Incorporate Alta’s Guiding Principles into daily activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree and 4–6 years of sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, selling, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and relevant manufacturing software.
• Intermediate reading and writing ability; intermediate math skills.
• High reasoning ability.

• Regularly sit; frequently stand, walk, climb; occasionally use hands and reach.
• No special vision requirements.
• Lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed.
• Work near moving mechanical parts; exposed to fumes, chemicals, and outdoor conditions.
