C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding products;
Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick and pack orders, and complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store processes;
Research order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in; assist with stock area; process orders on the register;
Replenish store inventory and assist with annual inventory process;
Meet performance standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, and attendance
