In this role you will train and empower the team to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.
Responsibilities- Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.
- Assist in ensuring that appropriate and effective space‑management techniques are utilized.
- Maintain the Store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales.
- Ensure all fixtures are always replenished.
- Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop our business further.
- Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
- Motivate and develop a high‑performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision, and Values.
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
- Experience delivering employee training.
- Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing experience.
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale automated systems.
- Knowledge of merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
- Physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; vision includes close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus; lifting at least 30 lbs.

The hourly wage for the position is $21.45 to $22.85, depending on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organisational constraints. Comprehensive remuneration details, including benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
